Days 1 - 3

Balkan Beginnings: Skopje's Bazaars to Kosovo's Vineyards

Begin with a relaxing arrival in Skopje, followed by a walking tour of the city center and a visit to the Old Bazaar. Enjoy a scenic excursion to the Monastery of Pantelejmon and a private boat trip through the picturesque Matka Canyon. Then, explore Kosovo’s capital, Prishtina, before enjoying a welcome dinner. The following day takes you to the Gracanica Monastery and Prizren, where you’ll experience the charm of this historic town and end with a wine tasting dinner in the Rahovec wine district.
Continue to Ohrid with scenic stops en route, including a truffle walk in Shar National Park and a visit to the Bigorski Monastery. In Ohrid, enjoy a walking tour of the UNESCO World Heritage Old Town, a wine-tasting experience, and a cozy dinner at a family home in the mountains. The next day includes a private boat cruise to St. Naum, with a stop at the Bay of Bones Museum, and a relaxing afternoon by the lake.

The tour then continues with a visit to Butrint Archaeological Park and Durres on the way to Tirana, Albania's vibrant capital. In Tirana, take a guided sightseeing tour of the city, enjoy a wine-tasting lunch, and indulge in a farewell dinner. The tour ends with a transfer to the airport, marking the conclusion of an unforgettable journey through the Balkans, filled with rich cultural insights, delicious food, and memorable experiences.
